Senior Designer

As they continue to grow, the agency is looking for a talented Senior Designer to take the creative offering to the next level.
The Role:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Designer whose confident leading projects and standing on their own. With 4+ years of design experience under your belt, you’ll bring a blend of creative flair and strategic thinking to produce outstanding work for the agency’s client base.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of hybrid working while remaining close to our Cheshire hub for in-person collaboration, they also offer personal development plans, pension scheme, 32 days holiday and free parking.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative solutions across a range of media, including digital, social, web, and video.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.
- Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise across digital design.
- Proven ability to take the lead and work autonomously on projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
- An eye for detail, typography skills, and the ability for storytelling through design.
- Excellent communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
