My client is a prominent name in the health and wellness industry, dedicated to creating innovative products that enhance the well-being of their customers. Their new line of drinks is designed to support active lifestyles, and they are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help expand their reach.

This pioneering role within the company presents an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to build and develop their own team while advancing rapidly within the organisation. As the first position of its kind, it offers a unique chance to shape the future direction of sales efforts. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to implement innovative strategies and drive significant growth. Additionally, this role involves direct reporting to the Founder, providing a rare opportunity for close collaboration with the company's leadership and gaining invaluable insights into the strategic vision.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person client meetings with gyms, fitness establishments, or any other suitable retailers to promote and sell the new line of drinks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, conduct product demonstrations, and provide detailed information about the benefits of the drinks.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. This includes analysing competitors' products and strategies to ensure that their own sales approach remains competitive and effective.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. This involves preparing regular reports for management, detailing sales performance, challenges faced, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences better. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise, helping to build long-term loyalty.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within field sales with a good understanding of the FMCG market.
  • Preferably, have experience within the health and wellness industry, and a passion for fitness and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
