Our exclusive client has been a standout in the professional services industry for nearly a decade - serving over 100,000 business owners. They specialise in offering award-winning HR software and support services.Their software makes HR tasks easier for employers and employees. Allowing tasks such as approving holidays, logging sickness, and planning rotas to be done quickly and efficiently.
They are now looking to bring in a new Events Executive to work alongside the Digital Events Manager in planning and implementing engaging webinars and in-person events for existing and prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and coordinating successful online and in-person events, along with strong content creation, collaboration, and communication skills.
What you’ll do….
- Plan digital and in person events
- Manage the webinar and events calendar
- Create engaging scripts for speakers and presentation decks
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to develop promotional materials for webinars and events (e.g., social posts, emails)
- Track engagement of event promotional materials and working with cross-functional teams to continuously optimise and improve performance
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of booth materials, handouts and merchandise for in-person events
What you’ll have….
2+ years of experience in a similar role
In depth experience utilising webinar hosting platforms
Strong ability to create content for webinars or other channels
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
