We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to help develop our client's data-first, digital approach. Ideally you will have proven experience working with GA4 & Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Utilise GA4 to track and report on website performance, user behaviour, and conversion metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and drive ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance digital marketing performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and marketing.
- Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection.
- Proven experience in another Data focused role, reporting across Marketing channels
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM
- B2B experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
