Joining an established Customer Marketing team, this position will be tasked with creating and overseeing delivery of a CRM Strategy across a series of global brands.
Reporting directly to the head of department, you will lead a small CRM team tasked with driving engagement, retention & loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team and oversee the execution of an impactful CRM strategy
- Create and implement a CRM strategy (email/SMS/push/web) that drives engagement, retention, LTV
- Tailor customer communications across each campaign to support loyalty & retention objectives
- Work closely with wider Marketing function to ensure channel alignment with wider business objectives
- Liaise with Data team to ensure insight & analysis is used to inform decision-making for campaigns
- Report on campaign performance to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM role with exposure to large-scale campaigns
- Proven experience driving engagement, retention & loyalty across campaigns
- Prior experience dealing with large data sets and being able to understand customer behaviours
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder management capabilities
