Take charge of the Email Marketing Campaigns for a market-leading e-commerce business.

My client is the leading e-commerce business in their sector and is looking to expand their team to manage the high volume of sales coming through the website and to continue the year-on-year growth. With over 20 years of experience in their sector, they now offer affordable and quality products to all customers and businesses across the UK.

The role will be working alongside the marketing team to execute the overall CRM strategy for the brand, you will be supporting the team by analysing the current campaigns, creating new strategies, and implementing them into the next CRM campaign to improve results and create more leads. Alongside this, you will be completing competitor analysis and reporting on new market trends to keep the client at the top of their sector.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the marketing team to implement the CRM strategy for the brand.
  • As a CRM Executive, take the lead on Hubspot to manage automated customer journeys. Develop and optimise behaviour-driven email communications (e.g., welcome emails, booking confirmations, re-engagement emails) 
  • Analyse performance using key KPIs to generate actionable insights and drive future improvements.
  • Oversee the complete email campaign process, including briefing, approval, setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Provide weekly and ad hoc email performance reports to stakeholders. Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings. 

Requirements

  • Experience in Hubspot or equivalent.
  • Must be articulate and numerate, as well as possess good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritise and manage own workload as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand data and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
  • A team player, who strives for the success of the entire team/business.
  • Strong communication skills.
