The company seeks a creative and commercially driven Content Marketing Manager to implement their brand storytelling, digital marketing, and 360-content strategy. This role requires a blend of content creation, product marketing, and digital strategy to elevate the brand.

The individual will report to the Head of Brand and work towards achieving the company's commercial objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of brand tone of voice, SEO-driven content, and digital marketing strategies. They will manage the planning, development, and execution of content across online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Copywriting & Tone of Voice:
    • The candidate will define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    • They will craft compelling copy for product descriptions, website content, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
    • The individual will develop engaging brand narratives and product storytelling.
    • They will collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure written content aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Digital Strategy & Content Marketing:
    • The candidate will manage content calendars to ensure timely, relevant marketing initiatives.
    • They will oversee content across SEO, Social Media, Email, Affiliates, and Paid Advertising, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • The individual will work with the Web/Support team to keep the website updated with fresh product drops, styling guides, and editorial content.
    • They will collaborate cross-functionally with channel owners on product launches and seasonal trends.
    • The candidate will utilize data-driven insights to optimize content, improve engagement, and drive conversion.
  • Creative & Visual Assets:
    • They will partner with the Creative Team to produce visuals for campaigns, product pushes, and digital content.
    • The individual will support in-house studio shoots to maintain updated product imagery for promotions, social media, and e-commerce.
    • They will work with copywriters to ensure all content is on-brand, compelling, and visually engaging.
  • In-Store & Visual Merchandising:
    • The candidate will work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to align in-store displays with marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Marketing & Advertising:
    • They will partner with Merchandising and Buyers to actively monitor seasonal promotions, ensuring successful execution of limited-time campaigns and product launches.
    • The individual will collaborate with CRM teams to improve digital performance and customer engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role with a significant focus on content marketing, ideally within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors, specifically with experience working with a British Heritage Brand.
  • Deep understanding of brand tone of voice, storytelling, and creative copywriting.
  • Expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data, extract commercial insights, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and merchandising teams.
