Role Overview:

The Communications Manager will lead strategic change management communication efforts, crafting and implementing strategies to ensure seamless employee adoption of essential changes. This role requires expertise in internal communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement within large, complex organisations. The manager will work closely with senior management, develop compelling narratives, and utilise measurement platforms for continuous improvement.
