Our client, a fast-growing media agency, is looking to expand its digital marketing team with the addition of a talented Digital Account Executive. The agency has a dynamic and results-led approach, serving both well-known national brands and regional clients. In this role, you will manage a variety of digital accounts, primarily across Google and social platforms like Meta. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, with plenty of opportunities for progression and personal development as part of the agency’s growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and reporting on website and digital marketing campaigns (primarily Google & Meta, but may include TikTok and Spotify).
  • Supporting the Senior Digital Account Manager in onboarding and managing new accounts across various platforms.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and optimize campaigns for clients.
  • Conducting research to inform new business proposals and supporting the sales team.
  • Reporting campaign and website performance to clients and internal teams.
  • Conducting competitor research to ensure client strategies remain competitive.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Google & Meta advertising certifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a media or marketing agency is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and the drive for continuous self-learning.
  • You should also be comfortable with analytics, campaign reporting, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide reassurance.
  • A proactive individual with a keen understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape.
