This new role exists as the Beauty Works structure is evolving into a HUB operation for Europe; supporting Brands within BIG, based in Europe.  This role will be integral in supporting the management of a teams across Sales, Marketing and Customer Services, who will commence working in a multi brand environment.

The client required an experienced Sales Director to join their team in Cheshire, searching for a candidate who could support their international growth. They valued diversity and opted for blind CVs at the shortlist stage. We needed to find candidates who matched the client’s industry, business model, and culture.

The Approach

Laura, sourced four suitable candidates for the shortlist, three of whom progressed to the second stage. They were targeted after consulting with the client, who listed targets for head hunting and our software, extended the profiling of the ideal candidate to similar candidates’ experience and backgrounds. Then, applying this profile to her unrivalled network, little black book and the extensive database internally we were able to identify a quality shortlist of unrivalled candidates.
