Michael Wilkinson

Michael is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Candidate and handles the 360 of client management and candidate sourcing to support clients and candidates on finding their perfect fit. Michael comes from a retail background where he managed large teams and prides himself on great customer service, he his now using those relationship building skills with clients and candidates to build a great working relationship while supporting on their needs.

Currently Michael is part of the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce team, this involves working with candidates across paid and organic marketing channels to help them find their dream start or the next step in their career. Michael also works with clients across the whole of the UK to understand the type of candidate that is a perfect fit for their business offering advice where need be and controlling the onboarding process from start to finish.
