A graduate of Oxford University, Matt cultivated a strong foundation in human capital consultancy, which he has successfully leveraged throughout his career.

To that end, Matt has joined the business in an advisory role, providing the leadership of The Candidate with valuable support on our journey to execute our strategic plans to be the destination of choice for our clients, through the shaping of value-added propositions and partnership development.

As a co-founder of a multi-brand group of recruitment businesses, Matt launched his first business in 2016 with a vision to create a market-leading professional services recruitment company. Under his leadership, he developed a strong foundation in the UK, achieving £40 million in net fee income and £7 million in EBITDA profit. Matt's strategic insights enabled the expansion into high-growth markets, both domestically and internationally.
