Chris Phair

Chris is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the agency team here at The Candidate. He moved from Northern Ireland to Manchester back in 2015 to study Animation and from there began a career in video editing. He then decided to take a step away from the creative industry to keep it as a hobby, and because a Recruitment consultant at The Candidate in March 2021.

Currently, Chris is a Senior Recruitment Consultant, recruiting Digital, Media, Client Services, and Creative roles for top network and independent agencies across Manchester, and London. Chris also has a strong focus on business development for the team helping us to expand our reach and build relationships across the country. Alongside his passion for matching candidates with their ideal agency, Chris has also previously been a Guest Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University’s MSc Digital Marketing Comms Course, advising on best practice for applications, interviews and workplace cultural competencies.
